What is the Shopping Cart?

The Shopping Cart is a record and display of the varieties and quantities of wine you have selected in the Wine Market area of the site but have not yet bought.

 
How do I get wine into the Shopping Cart?  

You can add wine to your Shopping Cart while in the Wine Market part of the site. To add wine to the cart, simply click on a wine and then select the quantity to add using the Add button.

 
How do I know what wine I've put in the Cart?  

The contents of the Shopping Cart can be viewed in two places. A summary of the contents of the cart appears at the left-hand side of the Wine Market page. It shows the quantity of each wine in the cart, the GST-inclusive price of each wine and the total cost of all wine in your Shopping Cart. You can also view a larger version of the cart by clicking on Checkout. The first page of the checkout process shows you all the wine in your Shopping Cart and gives you the chance to make changes.
 

 
Do I have to buy all the wine I put into the Shopping Cart?  

No. You don't actually buy the wine until you complete the checkout process. At the beginning of the checkout process you have the opportunity to reduce the quantity of a particular wine, remove it from the Shopping Cart altogether, add other wines to the cart, or empty the cart entirely. That means that you can put any wine you think you may want to buy into the cart while you are in the Wine Market area. Once you have finished browsing, you can proceed to the checkout and decide what changes you want to make to the wines that you selected.
 

 
What forms of payment are available?  

For online purchases Cellarit accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you prefer to pay for a purchase by cheque or transfer, please Contact Us.
 

 
Is there a credit card surcharge?  

Australian regulations permit merchants to levy a surcharge on credit card transactions. Cellarit does not to levy a surcharge for Visa or MasterCard transactions. However, we regret that we must levy a 3% surcharge for American Express transactions. This is to reimburse Cellarit for the extra cost involved in making American Express available to our customers.

 
Will my wine stay in the Cart even if I leave the site?  

Yes. The Shopping Cart will maintain a record of what you had in the cart for up to 45 minutes after you leave the Cellarit site, providing you don't quit your browser (the software such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator that lets you view pages on the Internet). When you return to the site, the contents of your cart will be recalled and displayed.
