What is it?

The Cellarit Loyalty Program awards you points for a variety of activities:

Your points determine your Loyalty Tier, Wine Storage rates and your seller's commission

Plus a world-first: Handling fees that reduce over time

Everybody hates handling fees. This unique feature rewards you with free handling credits posted to your account each month. The longer you store your wine with us, the more credits you'll accrue. In fact, if you add or remove less than 20% of your collection each year you'll never pay another handling fee!

Here's an example for a customer with 60 cases. Each month, this customer receives 1 handling credit, for a total of 12 credits each year. This customer can handle-in 12 cases free of charge or handle-out 12 cases free of charge (or any combination) during the course of the year.

Your handling credits never expire so you don't need to "use them or lose them".

Your points accumulate

Your points accumulate over the period that you are a Cellarit member and never expire. Everything you do through the site adds to your total points which determine the Loyalty Tier you fall into.

You don't have to do anything to join the Loyalty Program. You are automatically entered when you register as a Cellarit member. As you use Cellarit, your points are calculated and allocated to your account. You will be able to see how many points you've earned for each of your activities by clicking on My Loyalty Program after you logon.

To earn additional points anytime after registration, logon and click My Loyalty Program. You can complete the questionnaire if you haven't done so during registration or send more referral emails.*

*If your friend registers anytime after receiving your email, our system will automatically credit your points. Points cannot be credited unless they are preceded by the referral email.
